The braid is live.
The stack was the anatomy. Time is the axis.
Verity’s architecture had a stack — sovereign, governance, pacing, proposal, transformer, gate — and no dimension for a passage to move through. Now it has one. Every agent travels its own strand. The strands converge on a single point. The chain is what the point remembers.
The shape
Many strands. One point. One order.
Nothing in the world proposes in lockstep — agents act when they act, out of phase, on their own clocks. The braid is the shape of that passage: many threads, woven through a single point, serialized into one signed history. A point has no interior. Nothing hides in it.
In the record
Two coordinates on every new record
From the next record onward, a verdict is sealed under a versioned v2 payload carrying its braid coordinates. The verifier speaks both formats — v1 and v2 verify side by side, in one chain, in one pass.
caller : actor — whose thread a passage belongs to, carried on the record itself. The chain can now be read strand by strand without opening a single proposal.
The second coordinate. The global seq gives a record its place in the one history; strand_seq gives it its place in its own agent’s life. Two orders, woven into one record — that is the braid, mechanically.
The attestation the passage crossed under. Every braided verdict names the signed intent waiting at the door it entered through — intention in front, verdict behind, linked by number.
Untouched. Sealed under the original v1 payload, they verify exactly as they did the day they were written. The braid does not rewrite history. It grows from seq 9.
