01
Shadow pilot
The gate watches your agents and judges every proposed action — and enforces nothing. Actions proceed; verdicts are returned and sealed into the chain either way. At the end you hold the evidence: what your agents proposed, what would have been vetoed, and where your rules need to exist.
Scoped in a pilot letter before the first call: which agents, which action classes, which seams, and the enforcement terms that would follow.
Free for the pilot window. The pilot is the demonstration; production is the product.
02
Production gating
Shadow proved the catch rate; enforcement makes the runtime act only on the verdict — per action class, starting with the irreversible ones. The first enforced verdict is the first metered one; everything before it is recorded and unbilled.
Verdicts are metered per call and tiered by consequence class: reads at the floor, money and destructive classes at the top. The sealed record is priced as what it is — retention and proof.
Metered per verdict, tiered by consequence. Never free in production.
03
Signature issuance
Your records, sealed under the Verity key. Third parties — auditors, regulators, counterparties — verify your agent logs against a public key they already trust, without trusting your servers or ours. Issuance is the certificate-authority shape applied to agent verdicts.
The root key is never sold, licensed, or transferred. What is sold is issuance: your records, our seal, under an agreement that states verification rights and custody terms.
Annual issuance agreements. Priced as the asset it is.
04
Gate audit
A one-off examination of an agent stack you already run: where proposals cross into action unchecked, which failure classes are live, and what a gate at each seam would have caught. Findings are delivered as a sealed report — the audit travels the same chain it describes.
The method is the one in the papers — Audit the Auditors, applied to your system instead of the industry’s.
Fixed-scope engagement, priced on scope. An audit is also how most pilots begin.
